This patient was not happy with how her upper front teeth looked. She wanted to have her chipped teeth and short crowns fixed. We were able to improve her smile by replacing the 2 front crowns with new ones and 2 veneers on the adjacent teeth,

The patient's upper 4 front teeth were restored years before with a dental bridge to replace a missing front central tooth and one crown. The restorations were failing and he did not want to have a new bridge as a replacement. He opted to have an implant restoration as a tooth replacement for the upper right central. We achieved the patient's esthetic and functional needs by whitening his teeth then restoring the teeth and implant with individual crowns.
